Joe Root: England captain drops out of Test batting rankings top 10

England captain Joe Root has fallen out of the top 10 of their Test batting rankings.
Root, 28, has fallen to 11th following a performance in Englands first-Test defeat by New Zealand, in which he performed 2 and 11.
