Storytime With Harry – The London Experience

I had a superb time at London being a representative for Odds Shark while providing some material that is amazing, and working with some men. On Thursday nightI met Joe Osborne, Andrew Avery, known asNinja, Craig along with Alec at the hotel and inside one hour or two we were away to the Standard Liege/Arsenal football match.
It was simple to enter a pub near Arsenals stadium, although we had been attempting to grab a drink in a pub nearby. We discovered that first, the bouncers had to ensure that you had a ticket into the match and you were not allowed in the pub, if your seats had been in the area. WOW!! ?? Although we qualified to enter, according to the Arsenal bouncers, have a beverage and we decided to get to the stadium.
The arena was beautiful, and we had a drink but when the match began, we realized the English do matters that alittle different than in the United States and Canada. Alcohol was not permitted to be absorbed during the game, but in halftime in the lounges around the arena really gave out free beer. Yes, you heard me right they were giving free tap beer which we took full advantage of!?? But when the second half started beer was not allowed again to be drunk in the scene and earnings totally stopped. Arsenal 4-0 won the match and they also scored three. That was something we didnt anticipate although we had a fun time.
The next day we did a Friday Football edition of Guys&Bets where Joe and myself gave out our locks that just happened to all win (always a good thing) while I was dunked in 48-degree temperatures only cause I felt like that.
Later that day we took the subway to Oxford Circus which is a beautiful area of London where Big Ben and the jumbo Ferris wheel is, and a childs carousel at which Joe and I decided to be kids at heart and rode it for the hell of it. We got back to the resort where I believe we streamed the significant league baseball match so we can observe the playoffs since it was not on at any bar, nor was pro or college soccer to let you know.
On Saturdaywe ventured into a gambling parlor where you could bet the lotto, horses, soccer and also the NFL. I tried to bet a parlay but apparently the ticket writers had never heard that phrase before and called it an accumulator. But they still couldnt get it right so for the whole trip I went wagerless (what would be the odds on that).
Craig, our video producer, was on fire although poor Ninja couldnt get blessed with his football plays. Following that, as West Ham and Crystal Palace were enjoying with later we moved to a bar to meeting West Ham United fans. We met some characters who were fans and pleasant folks.
Firstwe came with a superfan named. There were fans we drank and chatted with, but a sweet lady who was likewise a superfan created mine and the men day together with her spectacular gambling stories.
This ladys name is Ruth and she had been a riot, to say the very least. She had been a season ticket holder and traveled 6 hours roundtrip to watch their home matches. She subsequently proceeded to tell me she likes to wager on blackjack, blackjack, the ponies, and her fantasy soccer and hockey leagues. I asked her if she had a bookie and shed made a face at me like I asked her the dumbest question ever.
Her reply wasnaturally I do and that my nickname for him isTwat??and his for her isTinkerbell since we all know bookies do not go by their given names, thats gaming 101. Yes, and also to emphasise her nickname for him was indeedTwat. I had a few pints and a ton of laughs — should you happen to read thisTinkerbell that I only wish to say thanks for an excellent afternoon.
We then went to the stadium where we did another show 3-1 underdog Crystal Palace upset West Ham and where Joe and I chose to give winners. Following the game, we needed to stop at the legendary West Ham pub and hang with the diehard Hammer fans. We were hungry at this point and no place has been available so consider it or not we settled for Dominos pizza. That is sad, but it had been literally our option and it hit on the spot.
Then the culmination of the trip happened as we moved to Tottenham Stadium to perform a different Guys&Bets show only before watching the Chicago Bears (Monsters of the Midway)??carry on the (Silver and Black)??Oakland Raiders.
Joe and I gave out the under in the match that we thought we had until the Bears gave up a game-winning push, however we had a blast and still ended up going a joint 9-3 ATS for the entire trip.
Since there were distinct and decorations outfits 20, the fans at the match were in service of their preferred teams. I also need to give a shoutout to your lover of my Against All Odds podcast, a guy by the name of Jazz who recognized me (somehow??) , called out my name and asked for a picture that was cool. Jazz gave us a meeting where he gamble with his spirit (as many Bears fans do) and not his head and dropped money in an adjusted -9.5 lineup on Chicago.
We were lucky to watch a few of the matches of the afternoon at an setting that is electric and it was a complete pleasure to share this adventure together with Joe, Alec, Craig, and Ninja.
OddsShark and thanks guys with this chance, where is the next trip guys?
